Sunshine....

The clouds gave way
Winds didn't have a say
Frozen ice did melt
At last some warmth was felt

Longish songs of pain
With bursts of teary rain
Was halted for a while
There was a cause to smile 

From dark of grief and fear
To  moments full of cheer
I saw the rainbows play
Yes I saw it yesterday

In a season full of gloom
I saw a blossom bloom
Just moments worth to steal
Were like a lasting feel

Hideous clouds of grey
Parted yesterday
Sun poured out its light
Breathtaking was the sight

Several days worth night
I could not see the light
But yesterday was mine
I saw a bright sunshine
